Frequently asked questions

What to know before we start.

Scope, budget, schedule and conditions are agreed in writing in your proposal.

How is the budget determined?

First we review the need, users and scope. You receive a proposal with deliverables and pricing before work begins. Different projects require different investments.

How long does a project take?

The schedule is estimated after scope and available resources are confirmed. The proposal includes stages and a timeline. Scope changes or missing information may affect it.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

Your inquiry receives a reference. I review the need and reply to the email provided to clarify the scope and agree the next steps. You can also email cabr.dev@gmail.com.

Are support and maintenance included?

The proposal specifies handover support, agreed assistance and future improvements. Ongoing maintenance and new features are listed separately when applicable.

Are there additional costs?

Domains, hosting, external services and licenses may have recurring fees. These are identified in the proposal so you understand operating costs.

Who has access to code, accounts and data?

Handover, access and terms for code, accounts and data are defined in writing before work begins. Third-party licenses and services are identified in the proposal.

How are payments agreed?

The proposal specifies the amount, currency, milestones and payment terms. These are reviewed before work begins.

Can I request changes during the project?

Yes. Adjustments are reviewed against the agreed scope. If extra work is required, the impact on price and schedule is explained before proceeding.

What should I prepare?

Describe the process you want to improve and gather the necessary content, examples and access. Choose a person responsible for reviewing deliveries.

Can we work remotely?

Digital projects can be coordinated remotely. Infrastructure installations require confirming location, travel and availability before quoting.
