This policy explains how CABR.DEV collects, uses, retains, and protects personal data provided through cabr.dev. The site operates from La Vega, Dominican Republic. For privacy questions, write to cabr.dev@gmail.com.
Inquiry records and follow-up
The form records a reference with your name, email, optional company, message and interest. FormSubmit processes email submission. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Inquiries can be reviewed and retried; new or lost inquiries are removed from the website database after 180 days. Qualified or contracted inquiries are kept while the relationship is handled; you may request deletion at cabr.dev@gmail.com. Email and backups have separate retention.
Optional analytics
Only with your consent do we store navigation signals and the first and last campaign of the session. Signals are deleted after 180 days. Withdrawal destroys the Google Analytics context, blocks new events and clears accessible analytics cookies. Administration is not measured.
1. Reference framework
This policy is based on the right to privacy and informational self-determination recognized by the Constitution of the Dominican Republic, including the habeas data action, and Law No. 172-13 on the comprehensive protection of personal data. If a specific rule applies because of your country of residence or the service contracted, the corresponding obligations will also apply.
2. Information we may collect
- Contact form: name, company, email address, and the message content you choose to send.
- Technical interactions: visited page, originating section, general device type, and a navigation reference without query parameters, to measure our own conversions in aggregate.
- Optional analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may receive information about visits, traffic sources, page views, and events such as CTA clicks, WhatsApp clicks, and successful form submissions.
- Data we do not request: do not send passwords, card numbers, health data, identity documents, or other sensitive information through the form.
3. How we use information
- Respond to requests, assess needs, and follow up on conversations you start.
- Prepare proposals and provide services that are later contracted.
- Improve the site content, navigation, security, and performance.
- Measure campaign and conversion results only when you have authorized optional analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations, address incidents, and defend rights when necessary.
4. Legal bases and processing decisions
The contact you request is processed to respond and manage a pre-contractual or contractual relationship. Our own technical measurements are limited to data needed to operate and improve the site. Google Analytics stays disabled until you give consent; you can reject or withdraw it at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
5. Providers and recipients
The site may use technology providers for hosting, databases, storage, authentication, form delivery, and analytics. In particular, the contact form is sent through FormSubmit.co to deliver the message to the configured email, and optional analytics are provided through Google Analytics 4. These providers may process information in other countries under their own policies and terms. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention and security
We retain messages for the time reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, comply with obligations, and resolve claims. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics property settings. We apply access controls, secure connections, and data minimization; however, no internet-connected service can guarantee zero risk.
7. Your rights
You may request information about how your data is processed and, where applicable, request access, updating, rectification, cancellation or deletion, objection, confidentiality, or limitation of use. Send your request to cabr.dev@gmail.com, indicating the email used and the scope of your request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable period under applicable law.
8. Cookies and local storage
Necessary cookies and local storage for preferences let us remember your privacy choice and maintain basic functions. Google Analytics cookies are optional and are loaded only after you accept them. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing or form submission. You can change your choice here:
9. External links and services
The site may link to third-party platforms, such as social networks, project demos, or communication providers. Once you leave cabr.dev, information is governed by the third party's policy. Review its terms before sharing data.
10. Minors
The services are not directed at minors. If a minor shared data without authorization from their legal representative, request its deletion by writing to the contact email.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, providers, or applicable obligations change. We will publish the current version on this same page with its update date.
