By accessing or using cabr.dev, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The site is operated by CABR.DEV from La Vega, Dominican Republic. For questions about the site or a proposal, write to cabr.dev@gmail.com.
1. Site scope
CABR.DEV presents website, system, application, automation, and technology infrastructure services, as well as projects and informational material. The content is general and does not by itself constitute a quote, promise of results, legal, financial, or security advice.
2. Requests and contracting
The contact form allows you to start a conversation. Receiving a request does not obligate CABR.DEV to accept a project. Scope, price, schedule, deliverables, support, intellectual property, and payment terms will be defined in a separate proposal or contract accepted by both parties.
3. Permitted use
- Use the site lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.
- Send accurate and sufficient information so we can respond.
- Do not attempt to access administrative areas, APIs, accounts, databases, or infrastructure without authorization.
- Do not introduce malware, abusive automation, unlawful content, or requests that violate third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
The design, brand, code, text, graphics, and other site content belong to CABR.DEV or are used with authorization. You may not copy, modify, distribute, extract, sell, or reuse site material without written permission, except for uses permitted by law.
Ownership of project deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal or contract. Showing a project in the portfolio requires authorization or will be limited to information that may legally be published.
5. Third-party content
Links to social networks, demos, tools, and external providers are provided for convenience. CABR.DEV does not necessarily control their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms. Use of those services is subject to their own rules.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available, secure, and up to date, but interruptions, errors, third-party changes, or events outside our control may occur. To the extent allowed by applicable law, CABR.DEV is not responsible for losses arising exclusively from using general site information, external links, or a temporary interruption.
7. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data and use of cookies are explained in the Privacy Policy. Analytics preferences are optional and can be changed at any time from the footer.
8. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or remove site content and features when necessary. We may also restrict access if we detect use that could affect security, operation, or other people's rights. The update date shown on this page identifies the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are interpreted according to the laws of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may protect the user in their place of residence. The parties will try to resolve any difference in good faith and, if that is not possible, will turn to the competent authorities under applicable regulations.
